Welcome to the Performance Center. Below you will find a variety of athletic and musician-specific training programs to purchase. These programs outline specific exercises to increase strength, power and endurance of the upper extremity in order to enhance performance and reduce potential career ending injuries. These programs are used with the FLEXTEND / RESTORE, AC and TFT Kits.

The system requirements required for each program are listed below.
